Our mission is simple: always do the right thing

In 1980, Al and Carol Hagen started A-One Air with a vision to serve the Tri-Cities with honest, dependable service. What began as a small commercial refrigeration business quickly grew as word spread about their commitment to quality and integrity.

But as we worked in homes, we listened. We heard the growing need for more services, so we naturally expanded, first by adding Cooling and Heating and then by offering Electrical Services.

The real shift came when homeowners started asking the tough questions: "Why are my energy bills so high?" and "Why is the air in my own house making us sick?"

We didn't just want to patch problems; we wanted to solve the root cause. That's why we invested heavily in specialized training and sophisticated equipment. Today, we use diagnostics like blower door testing and duct leakage testing to ensure your home is truly efficient and your family is breathing the cleanest air possible.

Today, A-One is proudly owned and operated by Al and Carol's son, Kyle Hagen, who carries forward the same values his parents built the business on. Through extreme heat waves, freezing winters, and everything in between, we've been there for our neighbors because this community is our home, too.

The company has grown significantly, but our founding promise hasn't changed: we’re still doing the right thing, every time.
